Opening in March 2012! European and American Style Hard Apple Ciders – Nestled in a beautiful apple orchard overlooking Lake Ontario is where you will find BlackBird Cider Works, producers of craft hard apple ciders made from apples grown in the owner’s orchard. Offering a range of cider styles including ciders made from certified organic apples. BlackBird Cider Works offers cider tastings and sales of hard cider products. Fresh tree fruit is also sold on a seasonal basis in the cidery tasting room. Located just North of the village of Barker at the corner of Lower Lake Rd. and Quaker Rd. The tasting room hours are: Friday and Saturday: 10AM to 5PM. Sunday: Noon to 4PM. Please visit our website for updates and current information.
